The return process is as easy as possible. Just contact us and we will arrange a free return of the carrier sold via the e-shop.
A Customer who purchases through our Website or via phone order and is dissatisfied with the Product can request a full refund of the purchase price following the Trial period section (excluding shipping costs) provided that they notify us of their intention to return the Product and seek a refund within 30 days from the date of Delivery of the Product to us.
We offer a free postal returns service on online sales.
We will refund the customer after we have received the product, conditioned that the customer will follow the Returning goods section of our Terms and Conditions. The refund will be placed on the card or account that you used to purchase and can take up to 5 business days. Nevertheless, if the product has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted a return or refund.
