A customer who purchases through our Website and is dissatisfied with the product can request a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs if applicable) provided that they notify us of their intention to return the Product and seek a refund within 30 days from the date of Delivery of the Product to us.
We offer a free postal returns service on online sales.
We will refund the customer after we have received the product, on the condition that the customer will follow the Returning goods section of our Terms and Conditions. The refund will then be issued to the card or account that you used to purchase and can take up to 5 business days. Nevertheless, if the product has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted a return or refund.
